I own several student flats. Can you change the cylinders on all of them the same day?
Yes. We group the visits into the same morning, change each cylinder in 20-30 minutes and hand you the new keys numbered by flat. If you want a single key for all your flats, we do basic master keying. Price per cylinder €40-60 plus the cylinder.
Will you invoice the landlord even if the tenant calls?
Yes. You tell us whose name the invoice goes in and the tax details, and we send it by email. Payment can be made by whoever you agree between you, by transfer, Bizum, card or cash.
How much does it cost to assemble the furniture for a whole student flat?

Do you charge a call-out to San Vicente?
